Caffè Torrefazione is our take on the Italian caffè — a place where exceptional espresso, simple food, and genuine hospitality come together.
From the morning espresso at the bar to an afternoon panino with friends, we want Caffè Torrefazione to feel like a place you've discovered in Italy — only a little closer to home.
Torrefazione is the Italian word meaning "to roast" coffee. Within this word, you'll find my family name, Fazio - a connection that felt too meaningful to ignore. It felt like the story had already written its title.

Our Story
A vision inspired by our love for Italy.
From growing up in an Italian family to living in Italy, I developed a deep appreciation for the preparation of Italian espresso and the culture that surrounds the Italian caffè. Since returning to Florida, I've longed for that same experience - the espresso, food, and sense of connection that makes an Italian caffè so special.
Our goal is to create a space where one can pause in time to experience the love of community and coffee.
